Yeah i got that fixed finally back in August... The only problem i am having now is with my knock sensor MIL coming on. This happens under certain load conditions namely leaning out or driving on the thruway. I put a new knock sensor in but the problem kept turning up. Normally it would bother me but as soon as the MIL comes on the car loses about 50% power and i get frustrated  The P72 ECu doesnt have a knock sensor function and a lot of prelude owners use it with a tuning program instead of the P13 that im using right now. btw the vtec wasnt working because the oil pressure sensor for the vtec wasnt working. That and the ECU that came with the car wouldnt work with it. i bought a used JDM P13 and thats what is mostly working now. |

Hey Joe, the P72 actually does have a knock board in the ecu. I can disable it tho. I don't think i have any extra chips, but i'll order some. You can have the ecu for nothin, cus of that semi-molten chip on it ;D Let me kno and u can pick it up, i'll be off tomorrow, and tuesday. We can hook up the wideband too if u want, just to make sure things are cool.

yeah disable the knock sensor in that ... if ya want we can hook up the wideband when i get the car back on the road... no sense doing it just yet - im sure ill have plenty of time before the first show to get everythign worked out  |

Will, it'll be out. It's still in one pieice. It runs good, i take it out every chance I get, when the weather permits for now. If i take it long distances right now, i'm not sure. We'll see how everything goes when i drive it a bit more, i only got about 200 miles on it.
As soon as I get my new turbo, and a boost controller i'll either be going to PA, or synapse in Albany. I'd prefer PA, because jeff evans is prolly the best around, and he can hook me up w/ the neptune engine managment. The only thing with that is i won't be able to change anything myself anymore because its not publicly available like uberdata and crome. There is only a few tuners that can use it.
It'll be all good this summer ;D

Yeah I have heard Jeff Evans is the man for tuning Neptune in the North east. Alot of happy customers have left his shop with huge smiles.
